These terms apply to businesses ("Clients") that use the VerVia Digital platform, directly or through a working relationship with VerVia Digital, to manage marketing activity for their store.
VerVia Digital provides a dashboard that syncs data from a Client's connected platforms (such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta), generates draft marketing actions (such as price-change suggestions and social posts) from that data, and lets the Client or their VerVia Digital contact review and approve those drafts before anything is published or changed on a live account.
A Client is responsible for the accounts they connect and for reviewing drafted changes before approving them. VerVia Digital does not publish or push a change to a live store or ad account without an approval recorded in the platform.
Login credentials for the platform are personal to the user they're issued to and shouldn't be shared. A Client can ask us to disable a login or revoke our access to any connected platform at any time.
Fees for using VerVia Digital are agreed directly with each Client outside of this platform and are not processed through any connected platform's own billing system.
The platform is provided as-is. AI-drafted suggestions are a starting point for a person to review — VerVia Digital doesn't guarantee a particular business outcome from any suggestion, published post, or price change.
To the extent permitted by law, VerVia Digital's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
