VerVia Digital ("we", "us") operates an AI-assisted digital-marketing platform used by our own staff, on behalf of client businesses we have a direct working relationship with (each a "Client"), to manage those Clients' marketing accounts.
When a Client gives us access to their Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Shopify, or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts, we use that access solely to read performance data and, where a Client has approved it, to make the specific changes they've authorised (such as a price update or a scheduled post). We do not sell this data or use it for any purpose outside delivering our agreed service to that Client.
Only VerVia Digital staff working on that Client's account, and that Client's own logins to this platform, can see their data. We do not share Client data with other Clients or with unrelated third parties.
We keep account credentials and synced performance data for as long as we're actively working with a Client, and remove them on request or when the relationship ends.
A Client can revoke our access to any connected platform at any time, directly from that platform's own permissions settings (e.g. Google Account → Security → Third-party access), and can ask us to delete their data from our platform.
